Bonus Terms Explained
Confused by wagering requirements and rollover conditions? This plain-language guide helps you understand every common bonus term before you claim.
Tip: Always read the full Terms & Conditions before claiming any bonus at puncaktoto or any other platform. Bonus conditions vary between offers.
Wagering / Rollover Requirement
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you are allowed to withdraw any associated winnings. A 10x rollover on a RM100 bonus means you need to place a total of RM1,000 in bets before cashing out. Higher multipliers (20x, 35x) are common on larger bonuses.
Example: You claim a RM200 bonus with 15x wagering → you must wager RM3,000 total before withdrawal is unlocked.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
When playing with an active bonus, most platforms cap the maximum stake per round or spin. Exceeding this cap can result in bonus forfeiture. At puncaktoto the typical cap is between MYR 25 and MYR 50 per bet when using bonus funds.
Example: Max bet limit of RM50 per spin applies while bonus funds are active in your account balance.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally to clearing your wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like Baccarat and Blackjack contribute only 10–20%. Scratch cards and certain arcade games may contribute 0%.
Example: RM100 wagered on slots = RM100 toward rollover. RM100 on Baccarat at 10% = only RM10 counted.
Bonus Expiry Period
Bonuses are only valid for a set period after they are activated or credited. Common windows are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not met within this window, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
Example: A 7-day bonus credited on Monday expires the following Sunday at midnight MYT.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky (non-cashable) bonus cannot itself be withdrawn — only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out after meeting the wagering requirement. A non-sticky bonus forms part of your real-money balance and can potentially be withdrawn alongside winnings.
Example: Sticky RM100 bonus + RM50 winnings → you can withdraw the RM50 winnings after rollover, but not the RM100 bonus itself.
Maximum Cash-Out Limit
Some bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw that originated from bonus play. Even if you generate RM2,000 in winnings from a bonus, a max cash-out of RM500 means that is the ceiling for bonus-derived withdrawals. Real-money winnings are unaffected.
Example: RM50 free bonus, max cash-out RM300 → even winning RM1,000, you can only withdraw up to RM300 from bonus funds.
